From April 8–10, 2025, CPPL staff participated in a 3-day induction training hosted by the Kiribati Seafood Verification Division (KSVD) and the Seafood Toxicology Laboratory Division at the CPPL boardroom.
The training covered key topics such as seafood quality control, microbiology, chemical testing, ciguatera awareness, HACCP, good hygiene practices, and market access requirements. Staff also engaged in practical sessions to apply their learning.
This training strengthens CPPL’s commitment to high standards in seafood safety and supports our future goals in fish export.
